It has been mentioned previously that Trenbolone is not a compound suitable for a first-time beginner anabolic steroid user. To re-cap on this point, a first-time beginner Trenbolone user is actually in reality an intermediate anabolic steroid user. With this being said, beginner Trenbolone cycles do not refer to bare beginners venturing into anabolic steroid use. Therefore, the typical beginner Trenbolone cycles may actually be considered advanced steroid cycles. This distinction between ‘beginner Trenbolone user’ and ‘beginner anabolic steroid user’ must be noted and made clear before venturing into dosing schemes for the three tiers of users. Typical beginner Trenbolone cycles would generally consist of Trenbolone stacked with only one other compound (always a compound that the user has utilized in the past – generally always Testosterone in some form) for the reason of having the user assess his/her reactions to Trenbolone for the first few times. This way it is ensured that the user will know that if an undesirable reaction is occurring, he/she can pinpoint what is occurring, and what is causing it. If too many compounds are inserted at any one given time in a beginner Trenbolone cycle, it serves to further complicate the trial and error process when undesirable reactions and side effects are concerned. Intermediate Trenbolone cycles are established with the understanding that the user has run beginner Trenbolone cycles to a point where he/she understands their individual reaction to the compound. Therefore, this is the point whereby Trenbolone doses can be increased slightly and then stacked with more additional compounds (if the user wishes). There is never always a need or requirement for an intermediate or advanced user to absolutely feel obliged to stack two other compounds with Trenbolone. Finally, advanced Trenbolone cycles are cycles whereby the user has totally mastered the use of Trenbolone and is now venturing into experimental areas, and perhaps higher doses or more compounds are added. Examples of all of these various cycles will now be described.
Beginner Trenbolone Acetate cycle #1 (8 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Propionate at 400mg/week
- Trenbolone Acetate at 300mg/week
This cycle is probably the most common beginner cycle in existence, and is likely also the most common general Trenbolone cycle for any user whether they are beginners, intermediate, or advanced users. Testosterone in some form must be utilized with Trenbolone (or any anabolic steroid). There are very few anabolic steroids that can be run solitary without any Testosterone. It is imperative that one use Testosterone in at least a TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) dose, but this will be explained in further detail later. This introductory cycle introduces Trenbolone Acetate, the short estered Trenbolone. The Acetate variant of Trenbolone is the most commonly found and used variant in existence, and as such it is paired with a similar compound: Testosterone Propionate. Both of these anabolic steroids possess almost similar half-lives and as such they pair very well together. Because of the short estered nature of these two compounds, the total cycle time run is 8 weeks (but can be extended easily to 10 weeks). Ideally most users find short 8 week runs of Trenbolone to be acceptable, with longer cycles of Trenbolone being ‘harsher’ in terms of the tolerance of certain side effects the user may experience. Therefore, it is usually best to engage in shorter cycles.
Beginner Trenbolone Enanthate cycle #2 (12 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Enanthate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate at 300mg/week
This second beginner example cycle simply introduces the long estered variant of Trenbolone: Trenbolone Enanthate. It displays the longer estered nature of the compound, requiring a longer total cycle length of 12 weeks. As such, it is paired off with the exact same estered variant of Testosterone: Testosterone Enanthate. The two combine seamlessly in terms of half-lives, injection timing and frequency, etc. The only other major difference between this example cycle #2 and the first beginner example cycle is the fact that Testosterone is kept at a TRT dose of 100mg/week. The reason behind such a decision is to maintain normal physiological levels of Testosterone and in doing so this will create an environment in which there is little to zero aromatization of Testosterone into Estrogen. Heightened Estrogen levels tend to increase the severity of side effects from Trenbolone (primarily the Progestogenic side effects). As such, if Estrogen is kept under control in this manner – and also negating the use of an aromatase inhibitor by using this method – side effects can be controlled to a far greater degree. One other reason for running Testosterone at TRT levels is for the purpose of making Trenbolone the primary workhorse anabolic, and Testosterone is simply added into the cycle to maintain normal physiological healthy function in the absence of endogenous Testosterone production due to the suppressive nature of Trenbolone.
Intermediate Trenbolone Acetate cycle (8 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Propionate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Acetate at 400mg/week
- Dianabol at 25-50mg/day
This example intermediate cycle simply has Trenbolone at a slightly higher dose (one could even go as high as 500mg/week) with Testosterone at a TRT dose once again. Dianabol is added in as a third compound for the first four weeks as a complimentary oral to top off the total cycle. It is not always necessary to run three compounds in a cycle, and two compounds should fare just fine for the average recreational user. But this serves to display a few small steps up into the intermediate stage of Trenbolone use.
Advanced Trenbolone Enanthate cycle (12 weeks total cycle time)
- Testosterone Enanthate at 100mg/week
- Trenbolone Enanthate at 800mg/week
- Drostanolone Enanthate (Masteron) at 400mg/week
Here we return to the use of the Enanthate variant of anabolic compounds, as all compounds utilized in this cycle are of the Enanthate variant. This advanced cycle introduces the higher range of Trenbolone use. Once again, Testosterone is used at a TRT dose to maintain normal physiological function. The third compound, Drostanolone, is a compound that tends to compliment Trenbolone very well in assisting the user in achieving that hard ‘shredded’ and ‘chiseled’ look – provided body fat percentage is low enough to allow these effects to be seen.
It is worth noting for those wondering that the Enanthate variants of Trenbolone (or any anabolic steroid) do not always necessitate the use of Enanthate estered compounds. For example, it is very acceptable and doable to combine Trenbolone Acetate and Testosterone Enanthate, or to combine Trenbolone Enanthate and Testosterone Propionate, and so on and so forth. These combinations work very well, but the user must remain aware of the proper timing, half-lives, and injection frequency with these compounds. The only reason why it is suggested that Testosterone Enanthate and Trenbolone Enanthate should be used together is simply for the ease of injection frequency/timing and convenience.
